| Schedule of Fee's and Requirements |
Available May 1st through October 1st
Availability varies
Minimum guarantee of 50 adult meals
Maximum of 4 hours per event with an out time no later than 10pm
(Extended hours available $100/hr if booked in advance.)
Available seven days a week for luncheons between the hours of 11:00am - 3:00pm
Saturday events are not available on Holiday Weekends
Seating capacity without dancing: 250 guests / with dancing: 200 guests
The upper deck can hold 80 chairs for a ceremony; Maximum occupancy for dancing is 150 people
A non-refundable deposit of $200 (applied to your bill) along with your signed contract is required for all banquets
Set-up fee / standard event: $500 (includes linens, tables and chairs)
Set-up fee / wedding and reception: $900 (includes linens, tables and chairs)
Saloon set-up fee of $100.00 (Includes a full service bar & bartender)
Kids are half the adult price
Heaters for the upper deck are available at an extra charge
You must supply a confirmed guest guarantee one week prior to the event (No reductions after this time)
No guarantee on weather
There is a 30-day cancellation policy for all events
Appetizer parties require a set-up fee of $750.00, not including appetizers
(Not available July & August)
If you bring in your own specialty cake we will cut and serve it for $2.00/person
Corkage fee per bottle: $10.00 per magnum: $15.00
Tax and a 20% service charge will be added to all items.
