Pepper Crusted New York Strip
An aged 12 ounce New York strip crusted with black peppercorns and cooked to your liking. Dressed in a Cognac Cream Sauce and served on a bed of Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

8oz. top sirloin and two grilled calamari steaks, topped with lemon caper sauce, and served with rice pilaf.

F. McLintocks Sampler
8oz top sirloin, 3 oak pit BBQ spare ribs, and choice of 3 large gulf shrimp, baked in garlic butter and white wine or a 6oz. chicken breast, served over a bed of rice pilaf.

Filet Mignon and Lobster
Bacon-wrapped 6 ounce filet mignon and one 8-10oz. Australian lobster tail, served with rice pilaf, fresh mixed vegetables and drawn butter.

Filet Mignon Bleu
9 ounce filet set atop a bed of garlic mashed potatoes. Topped with melted Danish Bleu cheese crumbles and finished with a port reduction sauce.

6 ounce Canadian lobster tail and a 6 ounce petit filet mignon.

Salmon
Sauteed in olive oil, white wine and garlic, then finished with herb butter. Served with fresh mixed vegetables and rice pilaf.

Lightly breaded and grilled, topped with lemon caper sauce. Served with rice pilaf, fresh mixed vegetables and lemon.

Corvina Sea Bass
Sauteed & topped with fresh pico de gallo, served with mixed vegetables & rice pilaf.

Scampi
Large gulf shrimp, sautéed in garlic butter and white wine. Served on a bed of rice pilaf.

Seafood Fettuccine
Sautéed scallops, shrimp, and mushrooms, tossed with a light cream sauce, served over a bed of fettuccini noodles and topped with chives.

Caesar Salad
Fresh Romaine tossed with a traditional Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, croutons and topped with your choice of barbequed chicken breast, shrimp or steak.

Fettuccini Primavera
Fettuccini noodles topped with fresh vegetables, sautéed with garlic, butter, green onions and sun dried tomatoes. Tossed with a pesto cream sauce.

Farmers Market Plate
Steamed spinach, asparagus spears, mixed vegetables and sauteed mushrooms served with rice pilaf.


Burgers
Baron of Pismo Beach
1 1/2 pounds of seasoned, charbroiled ground beef topped with melted cheddar cheese and served on a giant hamburger bun. Finish the entire meal, inlcuding fries, and receive a limited edition F.McLintocks "Baron" T-shirt! No sharin!

F. McLintocks Burger
A half-pound of aged ground sirloin, barbecued and served on a bun with lettuce, tomato and onion. Cheese on request.
