F.McLintocks restaurants serve ranch-style meals with genuine Western hospitality at four locations along the Central Coast of California.

F.McLintocks Dining House on Mattie Road in Shell Beach first opened it’s doors on October 1st, 1973.  Open for dinner seven days a week, the menu offers up many various cuts of USDA Choice steaks, prepared over an oak pit bbq & served family style with our famous Trail Camp Beans, Ranch Fried Potatoes and toasty garlic bread.  There are many other delicious offerings on the menu from ribs, seafood, chicken, pasta & so much more!  All  entrees begin with sourdough breaded onion rings and cowboy salsa and end with your choice of ice cream, sherbet or our signature after dinner liqueur the Tan Ferrari.  Be sure to ask for a blindfolded head water pour on your visit-you won’t be disappointed!

F.McLintocks San Luis Obispo and Arroyo Grande locations are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.  Our Paso Robles location is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Lighter fare with the same USDA Choice steaks and house made recipes such as the Trail Camp Beans & cowboy salsa can be found on our Saloon & Grill Menus.  The Cowboy Benedict for breakfast and The Memphis sandwich for lunch are a must try when you visit us.  Each saloon location has the same menu items, but each restaurant is unique in it’s own way-visit any three of our locations and enjoy meal along with our genuine western hospitality!

The original F.McLintocks Saloon & Dining House in Shell Beach serves legendary oak-pit barbecued steaks and ribs along with fresh seafood, salads and chicken. Our guests at Shell Beach have a beautiful ocean-view. When you visit the Dining House, make sure you try a serving of deep-fried, golden brown Turkey Nuts, perhaps the most unusual appetizer west of the Rocky Mountains!
